These services will promote hope and empowerment to help individuals reach their full potential * The RN will be assigned group homes for intellectually disabled adults to oversee that their medical care and ensure that their needs are being fulfilled. * The RN will schedule, complete, and attend physician appointments to advocate for our clients. * The RN will complete assessments at the group homes assigned and communicate with the physicians to maintain the highest level of care for our individuals. Requirements: * The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: * Graduate of an accredited program and a valid PA Registered Nurse license required. * One year of mental health (psychiatric mental health) paid or unpaid experience required. * Knowledge and understanding of severe mental illness, recovery principles, and recovery driven service system required. * Valid Driver's License required. * All Clearances required by OMHSAS regulations.
