Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Abilene. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care and promoting a safe and healing environment for our patients. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans and ensure the highest level of quality care for our patients.Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient progress. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and their families about their conditions and the necessary treatments. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation. Adhere to all safety and infection control policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in healthcare.Qualifications: Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Washington. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of healthcare practices and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and their families. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
