Delegates appropriate nursing functions to paraprofessional staff. Participates in the treatment planning process.Ensures that patients' rights are supported. Provides direct patient care. Initiates patient care assessments.Uses Nursing Process to develop patient care plans. Assists with medication administration. Ensures appropriate documentation is completed per policy.Follows all nursing policies and procedures.
