Join us in shaping a brighter future.To learn more about Trivium Life Services, watch this short video: Youll Be Doing:As a Registered Nurse at Trivium Life Services, you play a pivotal role in providing medication management, staff training, and nursing oversight across all programs. Here are some of the essential duties youll be responsible for.Trustworthy Nursing Oversight:Provide nursing oversight and supervision across all Trivium programs.Conduct nursing assessments upon admission and as needed, recording observations in the client\'s EMR.Assess the client\'s ability to self-administer medication and train staff as needed.Collaborate with Program Managers to complete State Assessments and develop care plans.Better Together with Respect:Administer prescribed injections to clients.Triage resident medical complaints, provide recommendations for follow-up care.Foster respect by addressing wounds and advising staff and clients on proper wound care.Recommend tools or devices to improve the quality of life for clients.Mission-Minded Visionary:Coordinate with physicians, pharmacy, and program managers to ensure continuity of care.Educate staff on client medications, diagnosis, and home health care procedures.Lead educational groups for residents when needed.Contribute to continuous improvement, reviewing and modifying medication policies, as necessary.Strive for Excellence in Medication Management:Recommend best practices for charting medications and conditions.Ensure proper disposal of unused medication and document trip and holiday medication requests.Maintain a list of staff authorized to monitor self-administration.Train and delegate medication administration when needed.Auditing for Excellence:Monitor Medication Administration Records (MARs) and oversee record-keeping for controlled medications.Collaborate with Program Managers and the Market Director to review and address medication errors.Ensure accuracy in medication forms and records.What You\'ll Receive:In return for your commitment and dedication, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:Generous Bonus: Receive a \$5000 employment bonus.Competitive Pay: Salary is commensurate with experience, with a range of \$45.00-\$50.00/hr.Differential Pay: Enjoy an additional \$1.00 per hour on weekends and company-observed holidays.Excellent Benefits: Our benefits package includes 401K, tuition reimbursement (minimum number of hours required), paid time off, 7 paid holidays, up to 2 floating holidays per year and more.Consistent Pay: We value your dedication, and youll receive your paycheck every Friday.What You Need:In the quest for excellence, we\'re on the lookout for individuals driven by dedication, fueled by a mission, and ignited by passion.
