We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our caring team and contribute to the well-being of our residents.
Position Overview:As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Cedarvale Commons , you will be at the forefront of patient care, working directly with residents to assess their needs, administer treatments, and ensure their overall health and comfort. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans, monitor patient progress, and provide education and support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
? Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and mental health.
? Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed guidelines.
? Develop and update individualized care plans tailored to residents' needs.
? Monitor and document patient progress, including changes in condition or behavior.
? Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
? Provide education and emotional support to residents and their families.
? Supervise and support nursing staff, including LPNs and CNAs, in the delivery of patient care.
? Ensure adherence to facility policies, state regulations, and federal healthcare standards.
? Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
? Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA standards.
Qualifications:
? Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
? Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting is preferred, but not required.
? Strong knowledge of nursing practices, clinical procedures, and regulations.
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
? Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
? Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR).
