Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: AHMC - The Alice Center, 45 6th Street, Malone, NY

Department: Alice Center Nursing

Position Details:

• Shifts:
• Night (32 hrs/pay period): 10:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m.
• Day (48 hrs/pay period): 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. ($6,000 bonus, 1-year commitment)
• Weekend: Every Other
• Shift Differentials: $3.50/hr (Night), $3.00/hr (Evening), $0.20/hr (BSN), $0.25/hr (MSN)

Role Summary:

Provide skilled nursing care to adult/geriatric residents, including assessment, care planning, and coordination. Act as a patient advocate and educator, supporting recovery and wellness.

About Us:

The Alice Center serves up to 135 residents, offering 24-hour nursing and rehab in a home-like environment with private/semi-private rooms and neighborhood-style living spaces.

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in NY; BLS certification
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Leadership skills and ability to handle stressful situations
