Care Oversight: Ensure the delivery of services complies with facility policies and standards. Leadership: Manage day-to-day facility operations, ensuring optimal patient care and staff efficiency. Mentorship: Support and develop junior nursing staff to maintain high care standards. Collaboration: Work across departments to ensure integrated, holistic care.
