Job specification - Provide direct care to laboring mothers, ensuring a safe birthing process.
- Monitor patient conditions and collaborate with the healthcare team on care plans.
- Assist with delivery and provide pre- and postnatal care.
- Administer medications and treatments per clinical protocols.
- Educate patients and families on childbirth, postpartum recovery, and newborn care.
Candidate requirements Current RN licensure from the state of practice (Idaho) or eligibility to obtain. Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor of Nursing Degree preferred. At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in Labor and Delivery. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
