Qualifications:
- Education: Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage and motivate staff. Experience with electronic health records preferred.
