Josiah White's is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse/Medical Coordinator to join our Residential Services team. RNs with a passion for serving others and a commitment to Josiah White's mission, core values, and Statement of Faith are invited to apply. In this role, you will manage the comprehensive health care needs of our youth residents, ensuring they receive timely medical attention, transportation to appointments, and accurate medical record-keeping. Some of your responsibilities will include organizing and coordinating medical and dental visits, administering first aid, handling prescriptions and medical supplies, communicating with medical professionals and families, and ensuring State Board of Health and DCS regulations for residential care facilities are maintained. You must be at least 21 years of age to apply. A valid RN license is required, and a minimum of one to three years of relevant experience is preferred. You must have a valid driver's license and be willing to transport students. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent organizational skills, capable of working autonomously, and able to calmly handle medical emergencies and crisis situations.
