Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Med Surg/Telemetry Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (18:45 - 07:00) Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week for 3-12s or 48 hours per week for 4-12s Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Valid state license required at the time of submission Certifications: ACLS, NIH, BCLS Must-Have: EPIC charting experience Job Description: - Work in an Acute Care Hospital setting with a focus on Med Surg/Telemetry.- Nurse-to-patient ratios typically 1:4-5.- Every other weekend work required.- Possibility of floating between facilities to meet scheduling needs.- Requires the ability to work two out of three major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day).- First-time travelers are accepted.- Facial hair must allow for appropriate fit testing when necessary.- Compliance with flu vaccine requirements, with considerations for medical/religious exemptions.- Completion of modules is required pre-start and these are mandatory for RNs and LVNs. - Orientation comprises 40 hours, with specific focus on hospital protocols and procedures. - Travel policy includes a stay limit of 18 months for travelers residing outside a defined radius, requiring a break after this period.- Modules completed through WorkRamp are required for compliance, specific to the registered nursing role.
