All resources are required to float at the facility's discretion.- No holiday requests or requested time off (RTO) the day before or after a holiday.- Floating may require up to 50 miles of travel. Notification may be given 2 hours before the shift.- Team-based model will be used if floated outside of primary competency.- Maximum of 5 days of RTO, with no more than 2 consecutive days. RTO is not permitted the day prior, after a holiday, or on weekends.
