License: Must hold a Wisconsin Registered Nurse license or a compact license from the permanent address state. Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) must be certified through the American Heart Association; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is required. Must-Have: Basic Arrhythmia experience; must pass a Telemetry test prior to starting; traveler's permanent address must be 50 miles from the primary work site location. Job Description: - Provide care for critically ill newborns, infants, and their families across the continuum of care, from admission to discharge.- Work in a 26-bed NICU known for patient and family-centered care.- Deliver care for infants requiring advanced diagnostic and therapeutic services, including handling a wide variety of medical and surgical complexities.- Prepare to float as the first responder to various units based on staffing needs.- Participate in orientation typically lasting about one week.Join a comprehensive pediatric medical and surgical center featuring nationally recognized pediatric specialists.
