Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Educator in Sioux Falls . This role is integral to providing exceptional care and education to our participants, ensuring their health needs are met and that they are prepared for increased independence. Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Dakota.
- Interest in working with young people in a residential setting.
- Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Commitment to participant education and health management.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a member of each participant's interdisciplinary team. Complete or obtain necessary medical assessments, as identified by the team and by accreditation standards.
- Ensure participants receive medications and medical care, as prescribed by physician.
- Collaborate with the Training Department to provide ongoing training and support to the team and participants.
