Callos Home Health Care is looking for a part-time licensed RN to join our clinical team in Cleveland to cover cases in Cuyahoga County. Must be willing to travel

Primary Duties Include

• Conduct and document clinical visits under direction of DON
• NON -skilled homecare, NO CLINCIAL responsibility or care required for role.
• Conduct and document supervisory visits under direction of DON
• Conduct admissions on new patients
• Must be able to work independently.
• Conduct home health aide orientation and training weekly.
• Promote a culture committed to care excellence and high-quality service

Skills and Qualifications

• Licensed RN or LPN
• Home Health Experience Required
• Experience with Medicaid and Senior population desired.
• Own a vehicle and able to visit client homes
• Excellent time management skills
• Interest in home health and willingness to learn!
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Team player
• Strong attention to detail
• Documented consistent and reliable work history required.
• Marketing, training, community outreach or LIASION experience a plus

Job Type: Part-time, Flexible PRN

Pay- is based on level of experience, qualifications, availability. HIGHLY COMPETETIVE PAY with incentives and mileage reimbursement for the right individual

Schedule:

• Flexible, depending on availability and client needs. M-F dayshift hours

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus, incentive and mileage reimbursement
• SINGING BONUS after 90 days.

Education/Certifications:

• RN or LPN License

Language:

• ENGLISH, Spanish a bonus

Work Location: traveling (in person) CUYAHOGA COUNTY----Cleveland and surrounding areas

Pay: Per Visit - (Negotiable) Various pay structures possible

Expected hours: 5 15 hours per week
