Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30) Description: CLIENT OFFER We are a multi-specialty department, specializing in surgical and medical weight management, as well as general surgery, endocrine surgery, plastic & reconstruction surgery. We are an outpatient ambulatory clinic. Years of Experience required: 2 years of relevant experience. RN does NOT need OR experience. This is outpatient ambulatory surgery office. Accepts first time travelers: yes Certs Required: BLS Position Responsibilities/Expectations •Medication coordination (communication with pharmacy, appeals, faxes, pt calls about meds, dosage etc) •Patient coordination (calls, triaging, messages) •Provider support (rooming, pre-charting, assisting with procedures) •Pre-op instructions to patient. Skills Required: Great communication, ability to triage phone calls, room patients, CSLINK/EPIC proficiency/ In-basket messages, Outlook/ Microsoft Teams Skills Preferred: Experience working with patients in surgical and medical weight management, as well as general surgery, endocrine surgery, plastic & reconstruction surgery highly preferred.
