Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: PCU - Clinical Transplant Center Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) Guaranteed Hours: N/A Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: Valid state or compact license required Certifications: BCLS; ACLS preferred Must-Have: - IV Start experience - Telemetry experience - Experience with Alaris pumps - Experience in pre/post kidney, liver, pancreas transplant; hepatology; and other surgical areas such as neurology, urology, surgical oncology Job Description: - Work in a distinguished facility known for excellence in nursing and state-of-the-art technology - Engage in a Level 1 Trauma setting (preferred) - Manage a 3-4:1 patient ratio in a 26-bed unit - Work with an average daily census of 22 patients - Provide care in a facility recognized for infection prevention success - Participate in EPIC charting (preferred) - Adapt to floating within the scope if needed - Comply with natural nail policy - Undergo fingerprinting for ER and Psych positions, as required by regulations Note: Orientation includes 16 non-billable hours.
