Job Summary:We are looking for compassionate Registered Nurses to provide direct, individualized care in our Pediatrics unit. In this role, you will utilize scientific nursing principles to ensure high-quality care for women and children. You will collaborate with patients, their families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes. This position requires adherence to the Texas Nurse Practice Act, and you will also be expected to participate in committee activities, surveys, and quality improvement initiatives.Job Requirements:Minimum Education:Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing (Diploma or Associate Degree).Minimum Work Experience:2 YearsRequired Licenses/Certifications:Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.CPR-BCLS certification.PALS certification within 18 months of hire.Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.Consistently maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.Designated Driver: NoOSHA Category: 1 - High Risk
