License: Must have a Wisconsin Registered Nurse license or a compact license from the state of the permanent address. Certifications: - Basic Life Support (BLS) certified through the American Heart Association. - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certified through the American Heart Association. Must-Have: - Basic Arrhythmia experience with a requirement to pass Telemetry test before clearance. - Must have two professional references upon submission. Job Description: - Join a highly skilled and committed multidisciplinary team to provide family-centered care to critically ill or injured children and their families. - Provide comprehensive care for patients with a wide variety of medical and surgical problems, including acute head injuries, critical neurological disorders, pulmonary diseases, cardiac anomalies, organ transplantation, multi-system organ failure, and ECMO. - Work in a state-of-the-art 21-bed unit designed specifically for pediatric patient care. - Participate in mandatory orientation and complete a minimum of 20 hours. - Floating to multiple units may be required based on current staffing needs during the assignment. - Comply with local facility requirements, including maintaining a permanent address at least 50 miles from the assigned work site. - Adapt to changing schedules and locations within the organization to fulfill the contractual obligations. - Orientation and job specifics, including location instructions, will be provided during onboarding.
