*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse specializing in Rehabilitation to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. This role requires a strong commitment to patient rehabilitation, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. *Duties* - Assess and monitor patients' health status and progress towards rehabilitation goals. - Administer medications and injections as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. - Provide wound care and manage medical equipment as necessary. - Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans. - Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes, self-care techniques, and health management. - Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records. - Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. - Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards of practice. *Experience* 3600 Acute Brain Injury Rehab Unit BLS required Must work every other weekend Prefer 2 years of recent experience and Epic experience Will consider candidates that have 1 year experience.
