Weekly Pay Range - $2504 To $2782 Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) Job Duration: 16 weeks Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts (7 PM - 7 AM), with 4 weekend shifts required in a 4-week period Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: 2+ years of NICU RN experience License: Active and Clear RN License Certifications: BLS, PALS, NRP Must-Have: Proficiency with CERNER charting system Job Description: - Work in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) providing specialized care for newborns.- Follow established guidelines and protocols to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.- Participate in creating and maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment for neonatal patients.- Collaborate effectively with physicians, care team members, and families to optimize patient outcomes.- Maintain clear and timely documentation of patient care and outcomes in the CERNER charting system.- Adhere to the hospital's dress code by wearing appropriate color scrubs.- Attend required orientation sessions to ensure familiarity with hospital procedures and policies. Please note that this position specifically requires night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, with a commitment to work four weekend shifts within each four-week period.
