Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update patients medical records while monitoring vital signs.
- Supervise nursing staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and workflow.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, nursing assignments, and patient care plans.
- Oversee patient admissions, transfers, and discharges to ensure efficient processes.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the nursing team.
- Collaborate with doctors and administrators to ensure optimal patient care.
- Communicate policy or procedural updates to staff in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Record patient care activities and ensure accurate documentation.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to emergencies or unexpected issues.
