As a Registered Nurse (RN) at The AllureGroup, you would be part of a winning team doing meaningful work to improve thequality of life, health, and comfort of residents.Registered Nurse (RN)ResponsibilitiesParticipate in administrative functions such asmaking written and oral reports/recommendations to the Director and otherpersonnelPrepare for new admissions, transfers, anddischargesConsult with residents, their families, andresidents' physicians in planning careObserve and report changes in resident conditionEnsure the nursing personnel providing directnursing care are qualified to perform the proceduresMonitor medication administration and treatmentschedules to ensure that medications are being administered as ordered and thattreatments are provided as scheduledInspect the nursing service treatment areasdaily to ensure that they are maintained in a clean and safe mannerMake certain that there is an adequate stocklevel of medications, medical supplies, equipment, etc.Use upward, downward, and lateral communicationto ensure there is adequate nursing and inter-departmental understanding ofresidents' needsProvide direct nursing care when necessaryRequirementsValid, current RN license Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices and procedures, and/or terminology, laws, regulations, and the guidelines that pertain to long-term care Exceptional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skillsPreferredPrevious experience in long-term carePrevious experience with Point Click CareWhat We OfferCompetitive pay scaleMedical and dental coverageGenerous employee referral bonus401kPaid time offCEU eligible training programsOngoing leadership and professional developmenttrainingDedicated and local leadership supportApply today!
