Weekly Pay Range - $2002 To $2224 Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Medical/Surgical Job Duration: 16 weeks Shift: 12-hour days, 7 AM - 7 PM, every other weekend required Guaranteed Hours: [Information not provided] Experience: Minimum 1+ years of Acute Care experience; experience with stroke care and travel experience preferred License: Active and Clear RN License Certifications: - Basic Life Support (BLS) - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Must-Have: - Experience with stroke care - NIHSS certification prior to start - Proficiency with CERNER charting system Job Description: - Provide medical and surgical nursing care to stroke and general medical patients.- Perform regular patient assessments and monitoring.- Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed protocols.- Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.- Adhere to established nursing procedures and protocols.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation.- Comply with all infection control and health and safety guidelines.- Demonstrate compassionate and patient-centered nursing care.- Require flexible work schedule with every other weekend commitment.- Dress Code: Any color scrubs.
