RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide comprehensive patient care and support, collaborating with the healthcare team and supervising team members
• Develop individualized care plans and ensure effective communication with the interdisciplinary health team
• Proficiently utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR) for accurate documentation and communication
• Adhere to all departmental and regulatory compliance requirements

EDUCATION:

AS: Nursing (Required)

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS: BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association (AHA), RN - Registered Nurse - New York State Education Department (NYSED)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently

PAY RANGE: $35.75 - $48.00 per hour
