Registered Nurse / RNResilient Healthcare is currently seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Innovative Healthcare Delivery System team. This person is responsible for providing in-home care to patients across the spectrum of acuity. The nurse will perform infusions, wound care, and provide other skilled services to the patient as ordered by a physician or APP. Our healthcare delivery system combines virtual and in-person care, utilizing Resilient technology to better enhance and streamline the experience for both the patient and the clinician. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills to assist with physician and interdisciplinary team member communications.
