$15,000 Sign-On Bonus- Night Shift

$10,000 Sign- On Bonus- Day Shift

Schedule Options: 7a-7p, 7p-7a-- rotating weekends

Openings on Adult Unit and Children's Unit

The RN participates in treatment planning as a member of interdisciplinary team; provides assessment of patients' psychiatric and medical status; administers medication and medical treatment as prescribed by physician; assess, direct and intervene in crisis situations; provide and direct milieu management, and additional tasks as needed. Best candidates for this position will have behavioral health experience, a strong work-ethic, and highly consistent timeliness and attendance!.

Qualifications

Must be a licensed RN to practice in Kentucky and be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

Must have Nursing experience providing direct patient care and maintain current CPR.

Preferred: BSN and one year inpatient behavioral health work experience or one year medical/surgical nursing experience.

Job Duties

• Initiate and document special treatment procedures.
• Document nursing care, treatment and patient's response to treatment.
• Provide health education to patients.
• Attend mandatory training and in-services.
• Participate in the implementation of Nursing Department policies and procedures.
