Overview:This position is 8 shifts in a two week pay period on the Evening Shift (2:30pm-10:45pm) for a total of 32 hours per week.Join Our Compassionate Team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)!

What You'll Do:

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care tailored to each resident's needs
• Assist with daily living activities, fostering independence and dignity
• Monitor health status, vital signs, and medication administration
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness

What We're Looking For:

• A current LPN or RN license in Wisconsin
• Min of 1 year experience in Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Rehab
• A heartfelt commitment to resident care and well-being
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others
