Full time for: 7a-3:30p, 3-11:30p, 7p-7:30a, Baylor Supervisor 7a-7:30pPay starts at $35/hr and goes up with each year of experienceExcellent benefits, PTO and 401K with employer match*Job Overview*We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Acute Rehab Hospital in Portsmouth, NH. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a passion for providing high-quality patient care. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Patients receive three hours of therapy a day.*Duties*- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and medical history.- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed,- Monitor patients' progress and adjust care plans as needed.- Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans.
