Job Description:Broadstep Behavioral Health Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our treatment team that provides direct clinical care to adults in our community based program in North Carolina. This position works closely with other clinical members of a defined team and serves an integral role in the treatment of patients in the behavioral health continuum. Go to to learn more about the company. Schedule & Location: Full-time, Day Shift, M-F, 8AM-5PM (with flexibility), with regular travel to clients in the Supply, NC area (mileage reimbursement). Job Type: (Community Based/Onsite) This role is not eligible for remote or hybrid work. Job Duties:
- Providing treatment, rehabilitation, and supportive services to adult clients
- Providing physical and psychological assessments
- Engaging in medication management
- Offering education and resources
- Providing individual mental and physical health education
- Assisting with crisis intervention
Required Education/Experience:
- Nursing Degree from Accredited School (BSN preferred)
- Minimum of 4 years experience working with patients experiencing mental or behavioral health challenges. Experience working in a program based in Assertive Community Treatment is highly desired.

- Ability to Analyze Detailed Information
- Strong Verbal Communication Skills
Required License/Credentials:
- North Carolina Registered Nursing License
