Case Management Registered Nurse (RN):A Case Management Registered Nurse is a nurse who specializes in coordinating and managing patient care to ensure that patients receive the right care, at the right time, and in the right setting. They work in hospitals, insurance companies, and healthcare organizations, among other settings.Responsibilities may include:Assessing patients' health status and medical historyDeveloping and implementing care plansCoordinating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure that patients receive appropriate careMonitoring and evaluating patient progressAssisting patients and families in navigating the healthcare systemEnsuring that patients receive appropriate care in a cost-effective mannerDocumenting patient care and outcomes.Requirements:A current Registered Nurse (RN) licenseA Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, although an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) may be sufficient in some casesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of healthcare regulations, insurance requirements, and community resourcesStrong organizational and time management skills.This is a not full time but contracted travel position.
