SUMMARY: The Clinic Population Health Nurse serves the Baxter Health Primary Care Clinics; assisting the Population Health team to successfully implement, maintain and report all activities related to Population Health. JOB REQUIREMENTS Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.# Associate degree in Nursing required.# BSN preferred. Experience: Two (2) years of clinic experience utilizing electronic medical records software preferred. Certifications: Current Arkansas or Compact State RN or license in good standing.
