In collaboration with the Director of Emergency Services, the Clinical Educator is responsible for providing overall organization and coordination of education and Quality Improvement activities within the department. This position designs and conducts educational programs for Emergency Services. Develops and coordinates unit-based orientation programs, provides ongoing education programs to assure staff competency, maintains educational documentation on all training and inservices, and promotes quality of care and patient safety programs. Must be a graduate of an accredited RN school of nursing program. Minimum of 5 years emergency nursing experience required. BSN, ENA, ACLS is highly desirable. Must have a current NH RN license.
