We are looking for a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and provide essential support to bedside teams in critical care units. The RN will monitor critical care patients remotely, offer guidance to bedside teams, and collaborate to meet individual patient needs, ensuring high-quality, safe care using the ANA Standards of Clinical Nursing Practice and the Nursing Process.Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment: Collect patient health data to inform care decisions.
- Diagnosis: Analyze patient data to identify critical care needs.
- Outcome Identification: Develop individualized patient care goals.
- Planning: Create care plans, prescribing necessary interventions.
- Implementation: Execute the care plan and respond to critical needs.
- Evaluation: Continuously assess and adjust care based on patient progress.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality care through routine evaluation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with bedside teams, patients, and other healthcare providers.
- Technology Utilization: Incorporate healthcare technology for remote patient monitoring and care delivery.

Qualifications
- Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program preferred; graduates from approved programs are accepted.
- Minimum of 1 year RN critical care experience required; 5 years preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse with at least one unrestricted state license (must obtain state-specific licenses within 120 days of hire).
- Specialty certification preferred.
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
