Choose to be an integral part of a team that helps patients achieve their greatest potential and work toward productive, independent lives. The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care and functions as part of the Nursing and interdisciplinary teams. You'll use the nursing process for systematically assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care to maximize restoration and maintenance of the patient's physical and psychological health and personal goals. Serve as an educator of patients, families and coworkers.
Join a team of dedicated healthcare professionals working toward one goal: Making each patient better than when we met them. By engaging with our patients and families, we help them recover and find their new normal after whatever catastrophic event brought them to us. You will team with nursing and therapy professionals, physicians, case managers, and a plethora of support professionals to ensure that patients' medical, physical, social, and spiritual needs are met in a way that fosters healing and recovery. Simply stated, you would help us help the community one encounter at a time. If this resonates with you, we'd love to discuss an amazing career opportunity with you.
We're looking for an experienced RN with a BSN for several of our Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation hospitals. Experience in Inpatient rehab or med/surg/Telemetry/Acute Care is preferred.
