Electronic Health Record (EHR) Management: Proficiently utilize EHR systems, accurately documenting patient and provider information and ensuring clear communication between care providers. Care Planning and Communication: Create and document individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, collaborating with the interdisciplinary health team as necessary. Maintain open lines of communication to convey patient health status, treatment plans, and progress updates. Patient Care and Service: Deliver comprehensive care by following the nursing process, working closely with the multidisciplinary team, and performing various treatment procedures. Provide support and education to patients, their families, and friends while supervising assigned team members.Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications: Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. RN - Registered Nurse - New York State Education Department (NYSED) BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association (AHA)Physical Qualifications: M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.Pay Range: $36.75 - $49.00The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future.
