Join our dedicated team as a Telemetry RN at a Short Term Acute Care facility in Niagara Falls, NY. This role provides a unique opportunity to work in a 133-bed hospital that uses the Oracle EMR system, offering a supportive environment for both patients and staff. With no ACS or State Trauma designation, this facility focuses on providing specialized care with a strong emphasis on telemetry services.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and interpret patients' cardiac rhythms and vital signs.

Administer medications and IV infusions, while carefully observing patients' responses.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

Provide patient education and support to patients and their families regarding cardiac conditions and treatment plans.

Respond promptly to changes in patients' conditions and initiate appropriate interventions.

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.

Minimum of 1-2 years of recent telemetry nursing experience.

Proficiency in using the Oracle EMR system is preferred.

BLS and ACLS certifications are required.

Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
