Adecco Healthcare is searching for a dedicated and motivated **Registered Nurse (RN)** to join our client's team at their top-tier facility in **Glens Falls, NY** - 12801. This is a direct-hire, permanent position.
**Salary**
- $32.00 to $58.74 per hour (depending on experience)
- Shift Differentials (between 10%-30% more)
**Sign-On Bonus**
Up to $5,000 to $10,000 (depending on years of experience for full-time and part-time roles)
**Shifts**
7am-7pm or 7pm-7am
**Requirements**
- Graduate from an RN program; BSN preferred.
- Active and good standing RN license in state of NY.
- 1 year of Med Surg or Acute Care/Hospital nursing experience.

- Capable of identifying patient care issues and responding effectively in emergencies.
**Job Responsibilities**
- Delivers direct care to patients.
- Appropriately assigns responsibilities to others.
- Acts as the leader of the interdisciplinary team, collaborating with and guided by the attending physician.
- Concentrates on completing the nursing process, which includes educating patients and families as well as planning for discharge.
- Recognizes and takes the necessary actions to ensure the best use of all available resources.
