**Home Health RN Position**
**Location:** Gillette, WY 82716
**Position Overview**
Full-time Home Health RN position in a rapidly growing company serving a rural community. Work directly with patients in their homes, providing comprehensive care including medication management, IV therapy, wound care, and patient education.
**Schedule & Compensation**
+ Full-time (36-40 hours/week)
+ Monday-Friday, flexible scheduling
+ No nights or weekends
+ Base salary: Up to $40/hour (negotiable for exceptional candidates)
+ On-call rotation every 3-5 weeks
+ Travel mileage reimbursement
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Manage caseload of 6-8 patients daily
+ Perform full head-to-toe assessments
+ Coordinate care between staff, physicians, and community
+ Maintain accurate EMR documentation
+ Daily check-ins with management
+ Create and manage own schedule
**Requirements**
+ Active RN license
+ BLS certification
+ Reliable transportation and clean driving record
+ Strong communication skills
+ Tech-savvy with EMR experience
+ Self-motivated and independent worker
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Home health care experience
+ OASIS experience (training provided if needed)
