Specialty: Registered Nurse - RN Setting: Home Health (HH) Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric (19-65+) Start Date: ASAP Units per week: 30 Shift: Days Contract Length: 13 Weeks Licensure/Certification Required: New York Active Certification Experience Required: 1 year of prior Post-Acute Care in a Home Health Facility required.
