WorkFit Medical Staffing, PLLC is seeking RNs immediately to start on the 12-hour day or night shift for a long-term care facility near New Rochelle, NY. We will also consider RNs seeking per diem 8- or 10-hour shifts! The right RN will have experience with long term care and can start by October. Come pick your shifts, make a difference, and earn great pay!PAY RANGE $45 - $48 SHIFT: 7pm - 7am nights or 7am - 7pm days BUT flexible for the right caregiverJob duties and requirements of the RN:
- Maintain professional RN competencies and assist patient with all medical needs
- Manages patient flow and adheres to process on care plan/ doctor's orders
- Able to identify patient care problems and suggest solutions to enhance patient outcomes
- Accurately obtain and document vital signs.
- Communication, leadership skills, and decision-making skills
Education & Experience- Graduate of an approved School of Practical Nursing with a permit or license to practice in New York State.
