The hourly rate of pay is $65/hr.

Join our team as a day shift, PRN, Inpatient Respiratory In House Traveler Registered Nurse (RN) in Tulsa, OK.

Your team is bigger than your department:

  • Committed to a 12 consecutive week assignment
  • Assigned to a specific unit, but due to fluctuating census, could be pulled to another unit or HHS facility
  • Scheduled for a minimum of 36 hours per week or 72 hours per pay period, including a minimum of six weekend shifts in a six-week schedule period (where applicable)
  • Complete hospital/nursing/computer orientation and credentialing with minimal unit orientation
  • Required to work holidays during their agreement period
  • Expected to work all scheduled shifts as assigned unless cancelled by the Staffing Office, department manager, and/or House supervisor
  • Expected to participate in all mandatory education
  • Evaluated by and held accountable for performance based on the standard hospital job descriptions for their respective position
  • Expected to comply with all HHS policies, procedures, and patient care standards

Responsibilities
  • Accountable for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating and documenting care activities in accordance with HHS standards in order to deliver efficient, effective and quality patient care.
  • Able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span, possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status, interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his/her age-specific needs.
  • Plan for the provision of patient care including the development, modification and implementation of the plan of care in accordance with HHS standards in order to deliver efficient, effective and quality patient care as described in the Patient Care policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
Qualifications
  • ADN
  • Minimum of 1 year experience (within the last 2 years) as an RN in a hospital setting in the selected area
  • Current valid OK or Multistate RN License
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and all other required certifications per assigned unit guidelines
