  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments, closely monitoring patient reactions and making necessary adjustments.
  • Work collaboratively with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families on managing health conditions, post-treatment care, and general wellness practices.
  • Accurately document patient information and maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Offer compassionate support to patients and their families, addressing any concerns and providing clear communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement projects and contribute to the development of best practices within the healthcare team.
  • Follow strict safety protocols, infection control procedures, and regulatory guidelines to maintain a safe environment for all.
Required Qualifications for the Registered Nurse:
  • Active RN licensure in Texas.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN) from an accredited institution.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is required.
