Overview:Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package for Registered Nurses with excellent benefits and hourly wages ranging from $36 - $47 / hour. We are looking for a Registered Nurse - RN to join our team in ensuring that the safety and health needs of the senior age assisted living/memory care residents are met at our Baxter, MN location. Supported by a Director of Health Services Nurse, Executive Director, Triage RN, Resident Assistants/Medication Passers, Culinary, Housekeeping, and more.Nurse schedule includes;8:00am - 5:00pmEvery third weekend rotationRN student loan repayment option, up to $10,000Ebenezer is proud to be voted 2024 Star Tribune Top Work Place, and has received this honor fifteen years in a row. When you come to work at an Ebenezer community, we strive to support your growth, honor your strengths and empower you to make a difference in the lives of others.Responsibilities/Job Description:Maintains current assessment and documentation using progress notes of resident health statusImplements new and updates current resident care planCoordinates resident health services with internal/external providers and getting orders as neededHandles and supervises timely and accurate medication and treatment administrationActs as support to Director of Health Services to fill in as RN on call during scheduled timesMonitors work and performance of licensed and unlicensed staffQualifications:Required:Current MN RN license or by start dateAHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional RescuersPreferred:Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systemsWork experience in a patient support role, LPN or RNGood written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families and physicians or providersAbility to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population
