Located in Park Rapids, Diamond Willow is dedicated to providing quality care to our 30 residents through compassionate care and assuring that our residents and their needs remain at the forefront of our focus.Diamond Willow has partnered with Aspire Clinical Intelligence (clinical on call help center for care staff) to help support our ongoing clinical needs when our Registered Nurses are off-site. This means more time for our RN's to recharge and give back to our residents and staff. Imagine doing what you love but still getting the time off that you need. No one wants to go to a boring job! If you are a compassionate RN with the heart for providing exceptional care and the desire to create joyful experiences for our seniors, then we want to meet to you!You have come this far so you must be curious.... what's different about us?•WE DO NOT MANDATE•High staff to resident ratio that results in more personalized care towards residents!•Opportunities for advancement •We offer a small at home atmosphere, a new dynamic leadership team, great staff and clients, benefits and much more.ResponsibilitiesObserving, tending to, and documenting resident's health needs including appts., labs, etc.Communicating with Administrator regarding relevant staff and resident information and/or concernsCompleting Vulnerable Adults, MAARC Reports, and Incident ReportsEnsure MD orders are processed and performedUpdating families on any changes to the resident and addressing family or patient concerns.Providing tours for potential admits and admitting new residents.Addressing and documenting any staff issues that arise.Overseeing staff and ensuring all staff are meeting job expectations and requirements.RequirementsPassionate about leading a team to high levels of performance in providing outstanding care to our residentsWill need to ensure staffing is adequate and meets our resident's needs- this could mean time spent onsite on various shifts and weekendsMaintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all timesMust be able to work as a team member and maintain a positive demeanorAbility to be on call from 7am-7pm on weekdays, limited weekend on-call.QualificationsPossess a valid Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) licenseAssisted Living Experience preferredBenefitsPaid Time off (PTO)401kJob Type: Part-time, Flexible.Wage Range: Hourly $35-$38, based on experience; Negotiable.
