Utilizes chain of command as appropriate.· Handles, administers and documents medications and parenteral therapies according to the medication policy.· Demonstrates consistent ability to facilitate excellence in patient care through serving as a positive role model, ethical practice, utilizing customer service programs (hourly care rounding, white board, AIDET, etc.) and participating in Quality initiatives (bedside report, fall prevention, scorecards, etc)· Documents patient care outcomes concisely and completely according to standards and reports, in timely manner, significant findings.· Formulates, evaluates, documents and modifies and documents an individualized plan of care based on patient support system identified outcomes, cultural Identity and initiates referrals to multi-disciplinary healthcare team.· Ensures that nursing practice is consistent with MRH policies, procedures, evidence based, designated and safe use of MRH equipment_Maury Regional Health is committed to the principles of Equal Employment Opportunity in all aspects of the employer/employee relationship.
