The Registered Nurse assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and supervises individual patient care according to SAH policies and procedures. Supports and upholds the Patient Bill of Rights. Provides, prescribes, delegates and coordinates nursing care with other health care providers to meet holistic needs of patients. They will be working with patients in Emergency (Level IV Trauma certified), Inpatient (Med/Surg), Swing Bed, Hospice, and Observation.Housing can potentially be a challenge, however Syracuse is located around major Nebraska cities such as Lincoln and Omaha - Check out the town here!!
