Job specificationCandidate requirementsJob specification

• Monitor and assess patients' conditions, promptly reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare provider.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians and by nursing standards.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care in electronic health records (EHR).
• Adhere to infection control protocols, patient safety standards, and hospital policies.
• Engage in continuous professional development, attending training and educational sessions as required.

Candidate requirements

• BSN and Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) are required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Medical-Surgical or Observation Unit setting preferred.
• BLS certification required, ACLS certification preferred, and proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
