The RN demonstrates core and unit specific competencies based on the patient population served.The Registered Nurse contributes to the actualization of the philosophy and objectives of MMC and the Surgical Care Center. They are committed to maintaining the standards of the practice of nursing and are responsible for the coordination, implementation, and delivery of care to the neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and/or elderly patient.
