Baxter Regional Medical Center Bone # Joint Clinic is the office of Dr. Win Moore and Cheyenne Morgan, PA. The nursing staff includes#both#a#RN and a#LPN position. An average patient load for the office is between 55-65 patients each day. The most common procedures scheduled are total joint replacements, knee and shoulder scopes, trigger finger release, and carpal tunnel release. The RN position#manages precertification for non-surgical procedures, medication renewals, and prior authorizations for injectable drugs. they are also responsible for nurse visits for suture removal, wound, and cast checks.#The LPN Position#scribes for Dr. Moore on clinic days, takes care of precertification for surgical procedures, and provides education for surgery patients.#They also#work closely with the scheduling and PST departments to ensure smooth transitions from the clinic to surgery. Both nurses handle a myriad of phone calls related to patient care throughout the day.
